To Start things off here is something nice to look at, although it has nothing to do with the Chest Coach System..don’t say I never did you any favors!

I am going to give you guys the straight scoop on the chest coach program, that includes the good and bad, too.  So if that is not something you are comfortable with, you may as well leave now.  Like I promised this is a no BS review.

It is easy to get access to the system, you just download it from the website and you have it instantly, which is a huge plus.  I personally prefer to keep my man boobs a secret as much as I can, so this was good for me, nobody knew I bought a chest fat product.  With some similar books, etc.. you get them in the mail, which is not very discreet.

The manual goes into detail about the man boobs condition, what it is, and how it happens.  I did not know much of this information.  I found this content very interesting, I always wondered why I got stuck with these damn things but most of my buddies did not.   I thought it only happens because of being overweight, but this is not the case.

It goes into foods to eat, and why you focus on certain foods.  Cliff Manchaster (the product’s creator) writes about how  to reduce the amount of  fat in your body, which also decreases male breast size. There is a large focus on hormone levels and which foods effect those levels the most.

In general some of this information is good advice for anyone, not just man boob sufferers.  Eating right, exercising, staying positive, these are things we all need to do anyway to stay healthy.  This system does a damn good job in all these areas.

But the system is not perfect, and falls short in a couple areas.  I would have liked some step by step videos.  It is not the biggest ebook I have ever bought either.  I would have liked even more content and pages.  I Guess this could be seen as a positive if you are one of those type of guys that just wants the good stuff with no fluff, though.

One thing I really like about it, is Cliff’s Attitude. He says it might not work for you, and that it does not work for everyone, which is refreshing.  Most product owners will do everything to get you to buy, where Cliff is being straight up with you.  But at the same time he offers an impressive money back guarantee.

There is a lot of information on what causes this, and what exactly is happening with man boobs.  In the bonus book “All about Gynecomasia” (which is the egg head’s term for man boobs).  Some people will say they could have done without the bonus book, they don’t give a shit about the condition, they just want it gone….which I totally understand.   I wish there was even more information on this in the course, but I may be in the minority.  It eased my mind because I was blaming my man boobs on being overweight and feeling like I let myself down by letting this happen to me.  But the course helped me feel better because I realized it is not all my fault.

The Chest Coach System is a tool that will help you loose your man boobs. It helped me loose mine.  Notice that I called it a tool.  It is not going to do anything for you if you do not follow the instructions, and take it seriously.  If you are lazy, and expecting a miracle, do not buy this program.  I worked the system and followed the instructions and my man boobs are completely gone.  This is the result of having the right tool (Chest Coach System) for the job.

I believe if you really want to loose your man boobs and are ready to get a quality tool to help you along that path, as long as you are serious about it, you should give this a try.

What is the Chest Coach System? Well, It is a system designed for loosing man boobs (but you already knew that.)  It was made by this  Australian guy, Cliff Manchaster.

Cliff  had man boobs for most of his life.  They were pretty bad… he was considering surgery to reduce them.  (I have actually thought about that before, too.)  Cliff did not get surgery because it was expensive and would leave scars and was even dangerous.  These are the same reasons I did not get surgery.

Anyway, most of what I found out about Cliff Manchester was on his website, (and other sites on the internet.) What he says on his site seems to all be true, but It is a website that is selling a product, so maybe his story is exaggerated, or even part fiction to help sell his system.

All I know for a fact is that whoever he is, he is (mostly) right when it comes to getting rid of man boobs, and the chest coach system that he sells (surprisingly) did what he said it would but it has some problems.  I am going to post my uncensored chest coach review next.   By the way, Here is a picture of the guy that made the chest coach system that I got off his site.  He kind of looks my buddy Rich, if Rich was Australian and lived in a freakin log cabin!

Why did I Post this no B.S. Review of the Chest Coach System?

I made this no bullshit chest coach review to share my real personal experience with this program, and also because I noticed there were lots of really biased reviews on the internet….more like sales pages than real guys.

I read some bloggers saying that there is a chest coach scam, but that is not true, marketers always use that stupid old trick just to sell us shit.

Anyways, there is lots of talk about the Chest Coach System  these days.  I think it is because so many other guys like us are looking for some damn answers.  This is a really humiliating problem to have, so I am pretty stoked that I was able to reduce the appearance of my chest fat to a pretty normal level.  The system has some issues , but it is not a scam at all.  (Not anymore than any other health product could be called a scam.)

I will give you guys all the uncensored details later on in my site.  I can say that I am much more self assured these days now that my man boobs look more like a normal muscular chest. No Bullshit.
